Elena and Rustam have been together for 17 years and they already have two kids. Only the official status of husband and wife was missed. We had to organise a wedding celebration for the 50 closest guests of the couple, intimate and very cordial.

All wedding preparation passed under the slogan "make the impossible possible!". The couple did several efforts to get married, they have been planned a wedding in the United States and even in Japan. However, Italy has become a new "power place" for the newlyweds (mostly thank to the recommendation of one of our brides). We visited with them almost all North Italy and we stopped at the little-known in Russia Maggiore Lake. Elena immediately fell in love with the private island Isola Bella, where was permitted to hold wedding ceremonies. But thanks to our business connections and reputation of the PalazzoEventi brand we managed to do the impossible – to organise a symbolic ceremony here!

An interesting fact of this project: almost all the communication about the wedding preparation we made with the groom, the bride wanted to take the decision only on floristry and decoration. This is an unusual experience, because in our practice we have the opposite. The groom is a successful businessman and he was very rationally about organisational matters.

For celebrations we chose 3 locations - a luxury Regina Palace hotel, where was hold the first dinner and lived all the guests and the newlyweds, Isola Bella, belonging to the aristocratic Borromeo family, and Villa Muggia - the ancient Villa with stunning view of the lake. For a wedding dinner was invited 2** Michelin stars chef and team of restaurant Piccolo Lago. 

The couple is fans of minimalism style, so they did not want excessive pomposity. Laconic and well-planned decor emphasized the beauty of the selected locations and the amazing nature of Maggiore Lake.

The two-day celebration began with a friendly "Welcome to Italy” dinner in an informal style. The wedding day itself started in the morning with traditional preparations and a photo session for the newlyweds, and a lite program for the guests. At 16:00 we accompanied the guests to the boats for ceremony on Isola Bella. Fabulous outfits of guests according to black tie dress code caused a big stir on streets of Stresa - they looked like real celebrities. The wedding compare Oleg Saveliev played the role of the master of ceremonies.

The brilliant bride in Oscar de la Renta dress appeared in front of the guests on an old boat, which took the bride to the pier after an honorary circle. At the ceremony the bride appeared with her son to the melody of John Legend – All of me. The groom was so touched that he got down on one knee and this beautiful sign supported also the bride!

After saying the vows and many congratulations, the newlyweds went to a photo shooting in a closed for us park of the island, meanwhile the guests enjoyed cocktails, talks and fantastic views. Then the transfer took the guests to the wedding venue. During the aperitif served in the luxurious halls of the Villa a music band was creating the celebration mood of the guests.

Dinner from a Michelin-starred chef was served in a white marquee. Sparkling humor of the compare, surprises and congratulations of the guests,  warm words filled this evening. After dinner guests were invited to the park, where Elena and Rustam cut the wedding cake. Then everyone enjoyed a performance - show of singing fountains! Well, after the dessert and the exciting video from the ceremony were started open bar and disco!

For this wedding was created a Concierge service, which helped guests not only with travel requests and any practical issue before the wedding, but also during the celebration for booking the services of hairdressers and makeup artists, as well as assisting during the services, organising excursions, ordering flowers and much more.

Floristry, stationery and other printed materials were entrusted to Russian professionals. A mounted during the dinner wedding video was real surprise for the guests, which left no one untouched.
